Stuck Sketch, Donate Life

I found this April 15th Sketch over @ Stuck? and decided to put it to use. These are a great kick start for the loss of mojo I tell ya :)

I followed it pretty much just added a couple of extra elements and pp' strips :)

My layout... it's of my 2 lil one's w/their older sister.
They try to spend as much time with her but I hate to say it
she's 20 and at an age where it's all about her and her friends and
the kiddos just don't seem to understand that so lots of hurt feelings around here :? I have tried to help them understand but it's not easy
and I'm glad that they love regardless they forget easily and that's why
I keep explaining it to them it'll all going to be OK and she'll
always be your big SIS!!!!

These photos are near and dear to the Martinez/Gonzalez Family if you didn't know
April is National Donate Life Month they had posted on Facebook awhile back that all of the towns were suppose to participate and have a Donate Life flag on display and yes they did.
We passed by and I had totally forgot till I saw it their blowing in the wind. We decided to stop and take a photo. Helena & Mason were the only one's with me at the time so they are in front of the flag..

We will forever get to remember that Our Charlie gave life, she lives on and 7 other families do not have to live through and endure the pain of knowing what it feels like to lose hope.. so bittersweet!!

Lilibule Scrap, Mexican, Pictures

I had a pretty good weekend. On Saturday I went to a Friends house I met her through The Compassionate Friends meeting. She was having a remembrance ceremony for her DD that passed 3 yrs ago from Thymus Cancer. {A rare type of thymus gland cancer. It usually spreads, has a high risk of recurrence, and has a poor survival rate. Thymic carcinoma is divided into subtypes, depending on the types of cells in which the cancer began. Also called type C thymoma}. It' took her daughter exactly to the date that the Dr's said it would. It really breaks my heart she was beautiful, smart and in her last year of college with so much to look forward to :/ and it was all snatched away from all of them.

I took no pictures but it was a lovely evening & I took the kiddos w/me so we could be with another family that feels our pain and knows what we go through :| They enjoyed it and came home and were so quiet and at peace it was kinda weird... but a good weird.....
On Sunday dh decided he wanted to take us all out for lunch which was a nice surprise for all the kiddos... We had Mexican our FAVVVV @ Hacienda del Sol in Enfield..

Here we all are well -Gio hes taking the pic and Ro she was working..

Awww a proud papi can you tell those 2 lil girls are trouble I tell ya!! He ocassionaly asks what does my princess want ahhh dangerous dangerous questions he asks!!!

He wonders where she get is from, let me just tell ya he started it first... sighhhh!!!

mmm It was so good :)

He ate it all, all of it!!
