Had a really crazy day it was busy non stop and the phones were like back to back and the worst towards the afternoon I got accused of hanging up on someone ahhhh say what, who me? I don't think so cuz no matter what I listen try not to interrupt when you are speaking and if you curse and scream I still stay on who can give better customer service than that? I never take it personal everyone has their days but the accusation really pissed me off. It's not my fault the company has an outdated system that doesn't beep, play music, or have a voice saying something like PLEASE HOLD we'll be right with you, so you know when the person on the other end says Please HOLD you're really holding and no one hung up on you and after the girl complained did she get what she wanted noooooo why cuz it wasn't available! Ok so much for the smarty pants of the world but let me take my deep breaths and say just F**k it cuz I know i'm good and that's all that matters! blah blah over!

Hi Everyone, K so I'm really excited today cuz I can spill/share/tell ya that Diamante Designs moved to TheDigiShoppe, Woo Hoo! Congrats to her she really is a Fabulous Designer and I love creating for her. Check out her stuff here, It's just Wonderful. I almost didn't make her team when she first invited me I was in a slump and thought I'd better not and I resigned from another team I was on and then after much thought I said hey I can do this and I did and I've never looked back cuz she is so awesome! ; )

OMG, work has been crazy we converted, transferred, implimented whateva' you wanna' call it, we have a new Windows based system and I have not so many great things to say about it! It's totally slowin' me down and stressing me out aaaarrgghhhh!!! I totally know how to use it that's not the problem it's the server is slow and I can't switch between screens! K on to good things!
I am Featured Scrapper over at DigiShopTalk, I honestly never thought my day would come for that one, LOL
Yipppeee I'm super happy about that and the designers I design for will have a great spotlight and even the designers I love will have their spotlight too! ; )
