I got my laptop on Monday, Yay yup Nelson went and bought it for meeeee. WaaaaaHoooo!!! I'm so siked now I sit downstairs while he's watching Galavision or Univision two of my not so favorite channels why because It's all about soccer and soap operas yuckk, ickkk maybe once in a while I'll watch but not everyday. I'll sit in bed and he'll watch what I'm doing and now he's starting to really get it! LOL...
My work week was crazy patients without insurance cards wanting us to call their jobs to get the information, say what I say if your going to a Dr's office and you have an appt since like 2-3 weeks ago get up off your ASS and freakin get your info this to me screams LAZY and makes me so not want to HELP you, cuz I can see in my system when I booked your APPT!!! Yes I bet you thought I didn't know! ---Rant Over---- On to beautiful things that make me happy my kids and creating : ) This next layout I made for Rosemary, she came to me the other day and said mom you never make any layouts of me and I asked her do you know why? she said nooo!! I said b/c you never want me to take your picture so she said, duhhhh, ok I get it so from now on she will let me take more pics of her so I can scrap em and I made this one last nite so she hasn't seen it and she'll be siked cuz it's of her snow fight w/her brother, we had a lil more snow, Yesterday morning, yay for snow nay for work and cleaning the snow!!! :)

I have some great news [work realated] I saw the new 3rd floor were expanding [Currently Pediatrics and ObGyn are together] and it's huge administratin will be with us on the third floor kinda like in the middle and all the way in the back but half are there now on the 2nd floor with us so Ok nothing new but the space will be so much more better as we have to share 8 rooms and the waiting room and it can get crazy when they call patients It's like I was here 1st who are you calling for, Pedi or OB? No more of that, Yay The good things now Mom can come in and be seen the time as baby and we schedule to accomodate them to come together, I mean who wants to come 2 x's in a week. When we split Pedi on one side Ob on the other Scheduling will be hard because no more accomodations because we will become two seperate departments :( I'm not sure how they're going to take that part but things change so we'll have to deal and My receptionist that was traded will be coming back with Ob in late April and the one we have now will go to Adoloscent medicine {New Dept next to pedi }because it will be very slow paced and she'll fit right in their! I'm so siked I can't wait for us to seperate, It's been a crazy 2 years and, I'm siked!!! Ok on

Darn it we were suppose to have this humungous snow storm, ughhhh did we even have 2 inches probably not but the schools are closed mind you hardly no snow at all and they're freakin closed now I guess I'm more peeved cuz I knew it was gonna be a big fat LIE and the media HYPES everything up even when not necessary, Anyways I was really hoping for alot of SNOW but hey at least no work today and I'm getting paid for it, Whoo Hooo, oh yeah I have all the munchinks home with me ughhhh. I'm gonna go throw em in the humngous piles of snow that we have, LOL Ok before I go I have some layouts to share!!!!
